Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and order-picking systems
- Verify product accuracy and inspect items for damage before shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Maintain organized inventory storage and assist with cycle counts
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
