Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select items from the warehouse shelves and pack them securely for shipping according to customer orders.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging is free of damage before dispatch.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and power jacks as trained.
- Inventory Maintenance: Keep workstations organized and adhere to strict safety and cleanliness standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
- Order Verification: Double-check order accuracy to minimize returns and errors.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for accuracy to ensure correct items are picked.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
