About the Role: As a Picker Packer, you'll be the backbone of our supply chain operations. You'll ensure accurate order fulfillment while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack products for shipment using pick tickets and packing lists
- Operate warehouse technology including scanners, conveyors, and pallet jacks
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity before shipment
- Maintain organized work areas and follow all safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
- Load/unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math and reading skills to follow instructions and verify orders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
