Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Ensure all orders are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Verify item counts and verify against work orders.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for scanning labels and work orders.
- Willingness to work in a standing, fast-paced environment for long shifts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- No prior warehouse experience is required; we train the right candidates!
