Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders from the warehouse floor, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Verify product quantity and quality against packing slips before shipment.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate basic material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, as trained.
- Assist with inventory control and stock rotation tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory.
- Reliable transportation to the San Jose facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
