Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organize inventory on shelves and in storage areas to maintain a safe and orderly workspace.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Label, wrap, and stage packages for shipment in compliance with shipping standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work overtime and varying shifts including weekends.
