Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders using RF scanners.
- Inspect items for quality and damages before packing.
- Sort and organize stock in designated areas to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to weight limits and safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for qualified applicants.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
