Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners or paper lists
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality and completeness
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Meet daily productivity targets in a team setting
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train all team members
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to Toledo facility
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
