Job Overview: As a Picker Packer, you'll be the backbone of our fulfillment operations. Your accuracy and efficiency directly impact customer satisfaction and our operational success. We provide all necessary training – no prior experience needed!
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and pick lists
- Package items securely with appropriate materials to prevent damage
- Scan and label packages for shipping with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing certification
- Perform daily inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide full training
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Phoenix facility
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and overtime
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
