Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect products for quality and ensure correct packaging to prevent damage
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker packer experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
