Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain real-time inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized workstations
- Meet/exceed daily productivity targets (150+ units/hour)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Participate in cycle counts and quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
