Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Meet/exceed daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation in refrigerated/non-refrigerated areas
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Document discrepancies and report equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to 7am/3pm/11pm shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
