Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Scan and verify inventory using RF scanners to maintain precise stock levels
- Meet or exceed productivity targets in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as required
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate order processing
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime
- Valid Texas driver's license (if operating warehouse vehicles)
- Pass background check and drug screening
