Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and packing lists
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Optimize workflow to meet daily production targets
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems
- Collaborate with team to resolve packing discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- RF scanner or WMS system experience
- Valid CA driver's license (for forklift operation)
- Reliable transportation to shift location
- Flexibility for overnight/weekend shifts
