Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners
- Verify product SKUs and quantities against pick tickets
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit
- Maintain organized staging areas for outgoing shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, carts)
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks as assigned
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our Houston facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
