Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack orders according to packing lists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for damage before packaging and report discrepancies
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Boston facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
