Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using warehouse management systems and RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging for shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory counts and assist with cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and warehouse procedures
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to our NW Austin facility
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
