Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners
- Verify product accuracy against pick tickets and packing lists
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts)
- Maintain organized and clean workstations
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely shipments
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and reliable attendance
- No experience required - training provided
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Tennessee ID required
