Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Retrieve merchandise from storage areas and prepare orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, forklifts (if certified), and pallet jacks.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and paperwork related to shipments.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when picking and packing items.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
