Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and order manifests
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to ensure efficiency
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Document work activities and maintain quality control standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to North San Antonio facility
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
