Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory levels through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality compliance before packaging and shipping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic proficiency with handheld scanning technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
