Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records by verifying stock levels and logging stock movements.
- Packaging: Safely package items to ensure they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Organization: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean and organized to ensure maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk on various surfaces.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read labels, scan barcodes, and spot discrepancies.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
