Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to strict quality and safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency through continuous improvement
- Support seasonal inventory audits and stock rotations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/packing experience required
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and WMS systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
