Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding order status
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid California driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
