Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Efficiently select and pack merchandise according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Accuracy: Verify item counts and ensure high accuracy rates during the fulfillment process.
- Equipment: Utilize handheld scanners, RF guns, and warehouse management systems effectively.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse floor to meet safety standards.
- Inventory: Assist in cycle counts and inventory management tasks as directed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred.
- Physical: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
