Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to South Seattle location
