Responsibilities
- Pick orders efficiently using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Pack products securely with protective materials to prevent damage
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely dispatch
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
