Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) safely
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Optimize pick paths to maximize efficiency
- Maintain organized staging areas for outbound shipments
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Follow OSHA safety protocols strictly
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Consistent lifting of 25-50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and literacy skills
- RF scanner experience preferred but not required
- Valid government-issued ID
- Reliable transportation to 4567 W Ina Rd
- Pass pre-employment background check
