Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized and efficient inventory control systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Report inventory discrepancies and operational issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
