Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and priority levels
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Report equipment malfunctions and process improvements to supervisors
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for varied shifts
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
