Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and priority levels
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order tracking and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid state ID and willingness to pass background check
- Physical stamina to handle 8-10 hour shifts with frequent movement
