Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Sort, label, and organize inventory in designated zones to optimize warehouse flow.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification preferred but training available).
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading skills for verifying order accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
