Responsibilities
- Retrieve and pick products from shelves based on digital order tickets using RF scanners.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label, weigh, and verify all outgoing shipments for accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification required).
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize picking errors.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, to meet business demands.
