Responsibilities
- Pick orders accurately using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Package goods securely with protective materials
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Meet daily productivity targets (150-200 units/hour)
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/OT)
- Pass background/drug screening
