Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99%+ accuracy using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Optimize order assembly for maximum efficiency and speed
- Maintain organized inventory zones and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak operations
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Continuously improve processes through team feedback
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanning systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Forklift certification a major plus (we can assist with training)
- Reliable transportation to our Northwest Houston facility
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts during peak seasons
