Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety protocols
- Optimize picking routes to meet daily productivity targets of 100+ orders/day
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies immediately
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and contribute to 5S methodology
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to prevent bottlenecks
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits with <0.5% variance tolerance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; warehouse certification a plus
- Minimum 1 year experience in order fulfillment or inventory management
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean MVR for equipment operation
- Spanish bilingual skills strongly preferred for diverse team collaboration
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
