What You'll Do: Accurately select and package orders for shipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with a dynamic team to exceed daily targets. No experience required – we provide full training!
Responsibilities
- Scan and pick orders using RF scanners and pick lists
- Package products securely with appropriate materials
- Inspect items for quality and damage
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Team player with positive attitude
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
