Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and picking lists
- Verify product accuracy and quality before shipment preparation
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and electric carts
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and cross-docking operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse/distribution experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
