Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain organized inventory in temperature-controlled zones
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and quality protocols
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/picking experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic RF scanner or barcode reader proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (forklift certification preferred)
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish fluency a plus (bilingual environment)
