Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack orders according to complex specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including RF scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and reconciliation
- Optimize packing processes to minimize material waste while ensuring product protection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly KPIs for order volume
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a 5S-compliant work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience with proven picking/packing proficiency
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and order reconciliation
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends/holidays
