Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain organized and clean workstation per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and tech aptitude
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Valid California driver's license (if operating equipment)
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/shifts)
