Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and cycle counts
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (refrigerated areas)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
