Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging and shipping.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Update inventory records and ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any order discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Forklift certification (Class A/B/C) is a plus.
