Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Label, wrap, and load products onto pallets or shipping vehicles accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred but not always required).
- Assist in inventory control and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and availability for overtime when required.
