Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to team leads
- Maintain organized and efficient workspace following 5S principles
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
