Responsibilities
- Select, verify, and pick merchandise from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely in boxes or crates, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
