Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts (with certification), and conveyor systems
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report defects to supervisors
- Maintain organized inventory counts and assist in cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely order dispatch
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
