Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Scan and verify inventory using handheld devices
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns
- Participate in inventory counts and quality checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Forklift certification a plus (we offer training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
