Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies immediately
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in receiving and stocking incoming shipments as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
