Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper labeling of all packages.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage or discrepancies.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
